A really disappointing establishment. Every Subway that I have gone to has made sandwiches with plenty of meat, usually in a few layers, making for a satisfying meal. When they made my sandwich, they only included ONE SINGLE LAYER of thin meat, and when I asked if I could have a little more, they curtly snapped back that if I wanted more, I'd have to pay. They told me I was already getting a deal as it is, and that nothing is free. Well, customer appreciation isn't free, either, and they failed miserably to earn mine. I figured they weren't worth arguing with. Rude staff, and a bad sandwich. Don't go here if you can help it.

Very unpleasant experience. Sign on the door said they were closing early due to lack of staff. They had 1 employee working (in the whole store) during lunch on a Saturday so it took about 20 minutes to get our good and sit down. The bread we got was stale. He threw out 3 or 4 others before he decided the one he got was the best one. The spinach and lettuce was super good and old, but the employee that was working was able to replace that for us at least. Employee working was very nice and doing what he could, but in a very bad position.

This place is AWFUL! I placed an online order here and realized it was to the wrong Subway, I called Multiple times and got hung up on everytime asking to cancel my order. I will never go here! Drive down a little further and eat fresh on Port Royal.

Worst subway ever visited... Rotten vegetables... When I asked for fresh veggies old man serving me screamed at me in a language I didn't understand.. I told him I'd never return and walked out hungry. Place should be shut down.

Absolute worst customer service. I placed an online order for my husband, I immediately realized I forgot the cheese. I attempted to call the store to add the cheese but nobody would answer the phone. When I arrived I asked if he could add the cheese he said "you want cheese you pay!" I asked if cheese was extra on any sandwich and he said no. But if I wanted cheese I had to pay more because it was an online order. I tried to explain but he kept saying you pay more over and over, not even giving me a chance to speak. This subway consistently has terrible service, with many other sub options around I highly recommend one of the others. Over priced for what you get and rude to customers.

They’ve gone down hill a lot over the past few years. Used to have good food and service. Now they have horrible food and sometimes good service and charge higher prices. Won’t be going here or any subway again anytime soon.
