Literally every single sandwich in my order has multiple things glaringly wrong. "I can come down for a refund", except for the part where I live on the north side and you close in 15 minutes. Thanks for putting a whole bunch of toppings on my toddlers sandwich which ensures she won't eat it. Don't eat here unless you watch them make it yourselves. Additionally, they don't take their own coupons and no it's not posted anywhere.

I love the food but I can't remember the last time my order was made correctly when done through the app. We ordered from this location today and every sandwich was made wrong. This is every single time when we order through the app and it's every single location.

Came in this morning for a couple of sandwiches, and Maddy and Kolby provided exceptional customer service! Excellent sandwiches, great team work, and got me in and out quickly.

Tried to order here using a national promotion...nope, they don't participate. Pretty lame when you've already waited in line. Basically a bait & switch..
Also, sandwich artist quickly added salt to my sandwich when I said "only pepper." Bummer, because I'm trying to watch my salt intake and didn't have time to have her remake it. I eat at Subway all the time but I'll probably try to avoid this location.

Walked in the door and was greeted, Madd was all over my order, was polite and quick to boot. Helped me with my sandwich toppings as I was not sure what to put on a meatball sub….very friendly all the way around. I sat down to eat and the table, floor and whole restaurant were very clean and presentable. Would definitely say this location is good to go and will return again.

I ordered 3 subs to be picked up. 2 on Italian bread. The only request is that all 3 were toasted. I gave my phone number "in case there was a problem" with my order. Not only did I get wheat bread,instead of Italian, but NONE of them were toasted! I understand only one person was working, but the store was empty.

Omfg I just got a sandwich from you guys and it so good! She put so many veggies on it 🤩 just enough of everything in every bite!💘 I always order the same sandwich but they were out of my fav cheese ( pepper jack) and I got provolone instead, so happy I tried that cheese.. provolone is now my favorite!
