Burger King

We ordered two cheeseburgers and two small fries we waited for 15 min at drive thru for the people ahead of us. When we got to the window we where ignored! No one said sorry for the wait no one opened the window they just kept working on orders for in the restaurant for another five minutes??? Me and my wife would so mad we just drove off and we would never do that. Worst customer service In the world. If they don't care about customers then we will stop caring about ever saying nice things or bringing them business. For your own sanity please avoid this terrible business.👿

Got six cheeseburgers instead of one double cheese with bacon and 5 cheeseburgers. Staff totally unwilling to help me. This place owes me two bucks or a double cheeseburger. Review update-Gave them a second chance. Order a breakfast burrito and opened it there was clearly mold. They made me two to replace the first moldy one and honestly the new burrito didn’t taste very good either. Probably my last time at this Burger King. The hasbrowns and coffee were good though. This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been in I don't go there a lot because every time I do it's the worst experience. I waited 15 minutes for 2 tacos and a 10 piece nugget. While I waited I saw other people said they had been waiting for 20 minutes for a Whopper meal. But the whole time Burgers were sitting in the window.

Came in on July 1st around 1pm, Shannon was the worst most rude cashier I've ever gotten. Rolling her eyes at customers, slamming around items, and being very rude to my fiance for trying out to order a salad (salads are on the menu), saying we haven't had salads here in years. Would have been easy to say sorry our menu is wrong rather than be intentionally rude.

The cashier looked like she just climbed out of bed after pulling a shift as a clown, dirty and smeared makeup. When I asked if the crispy garlic burger was available, I got a quick and Rude...YEP! We went to find a seat and every single table was dirty while three people stood behind the counter doing nothing. When.our order came up, it was basically thrown at us and we weren't asked if we needed anything else. When I asked for ketchup, the lady - who seemed to be the manager- tossed some on the counter and.proceeded to turn her back to us. Luckily, the burger and fries were great! We will go to a different Burger King next time. Never this one!!

I love burger kings coupons, they really do have some amazing coupons. My fiance and I had ate there just recently, and I used one of there coupons on the BK app, we both had a combo whopper meal, and I spend under $10 . They will even take expired coupons if you have any. That's super cool! I would go for BK over Mc.D's any day.😇
