Subway

This Subway location is great! Crystal is professional and friendly. She made 3 awesome and delicious sandwiches... they were loaded with our favorite toppings. The store was clean, the sandwich ingredients were stocked and looked very appealing. This store is less busy than some other locations but they still take the mailer coupons, which I really appreciate. They always make great sandwiches. I highly recommended this Subway location.

I don’t normally leave reviews but dang. I have given this Subway numerous try’s but still have bad services. I paid for a med drink and they didn’t bother to tell me the machine was off and the nozzles with off and soaking. Employee walked to the back so I couldn’t even ask for a refund. Luckily my BF has worked fast food for many years before and knew how to turn on machine. I wasn’t sure what they were soaking nozzles in so I didn’t want to reattach it without being able to properly rinse. If you have to start closing duties that early because your the only one working then maybe management needs to think about that better. If they are so worried about WA labor costs then close the doors. I have given this Subway a lot of chances and haven’t had a good experience in a long time.

Had all my sandwiches made and my credit card out to pay and their credit card machine goes down. I get it, it happens, but I didn't have any cash or checks and my sandwiches were already made. They didn't offer to give me the sandwiches for free or offer to write my credit card number down and charge me later. I had to drive around to find an ATM (which charged me a fee to get cash) and then go back to pay and they STILL didn't even offer a discount.......... and I'm pretty sure it was the manager at the front desk. I'm sure they have a budget for screw ups and unhappy customers. Everybody behind me was notified so they could either pay cash or not order. It was ONE order they either had to give for free, give a discount or WRITE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER DOWN, ONE ORDER. I work in customer service and I don't want to be that person, but this we not even close to customer service. I don't even care if you charge me full price, but don't make me drive around trying to find an ATM and then NOT EVEN OFFER ME A DISCOUNT. I paid for gas and an ATM fee to get cash. This ain't it Subway, this ain't it.

I ordered online and drove to the store. On my way there, 5 mins before the expected pick up time I get a call from the store. they are out of bread (how does that even happen at a sandwich store?) So they say I can wait 30 mins for bread or have them all on flat bread. I choose to wait. After they tried to give me someone else's order for free, then I told them it wasn't mine. While I'm continuing to wait the correct person for that order came in. They gave her her sandwiches for free and 2 free ones for later. Meanwhile I got no discount. All I got was a free soda and cookies for my trouble when we both had the same issue with the bread.

When I worked here it was by far the best working environment is ever been in. My employment was short but I know no doubt in my mind it was the best job I'll ever have. The work environment was phenomenal along with my co-workers and mostly my boss. I wish I didn't have medical issues to hold me back from this place. Best sandwiches EVER. My favorite was the spicy Italian.o my universe.nothing could ever compare. Delicious Cleanest restaurant in stepped foot in. 5 stars guys no doubt
