This location has a staff with the WORST attitudes. Which is unfortunate because like other reviews have stated, it has amazing food. The customer service absolutely is as bad, as the food is good. People do work hard, and pay money out of their pockets for SERVICE. You chose the job you come to, if you don't like it, find another job. Lots of places are hiring. The thing is, even the little managers with complexes have bad attitudes, so how can they fix the other employees bad attitudes. It seems like this is a pattern .

They couldn't understand me. If you're going to work at least understand English please. What makes it worst is I was even pointing at what I wanted. Took way too long for ordering a plate and being the only person in there. Then they gave me mustard instead of sweet and sour. I doubt I'll be back to this one.

I am not too happy with Panda Express, I wish that they would make more food so that people do not have to wait 20 minutes to get something made for them. They used to have so much food all fresh ready to go, now most of it is if you want it you have to order it and wait for it that is sad to me.

Food was fine, but there was complete disorganization behind the counter. Why do I have to repeat my order to same person 4 times over? That’s unacceptable it’s not that hard! Let’s learn how to speak English too while your at it.

An employee by the name of Heaven tried to jump the counter and bite my leg because i said he didn’t put enough orange chicken, I was very mad because I specifically told him for extra. And he kinda smells like ball cheese

About to give up on panda, then my son wanted it so we said one last time, it was delicious, so good it brought back panda!!!! I've even gone since this because I was craving it! Thabk you to the staff, yall are awesome!

Katie Jo does not deserve her position at North spokane market street, she was extremely rude and swore at us in the store in front of customers because the ice machine doesn't work but happily sold a large drink without notice. Once I asked for the employees name she said you can call whoever you want to it's just ice. If she doesn't like to help customers maybe this isn't the job for her.

Came here at 4pm on Sunday, all the food tasted like it had been sitting out since lunch, came back to complain and the guy behind the counter offered me a medium fried rice. Well never be back.
