Subway

Always have bad customer service and they are lazy. I ordered online one day an hour before they closed and it told me my order was ready about 20 minutes later and when I got there no one was out there it took like 5 minutes before I got her attention. To come find out my food wasn't ready. She said they where out of Tuna and i close in 10min. Do you want something different. I said no. Ill just cancel and she wasn't going to refund me. Then all of a sudden she found tuna. Crazy when you look you find things ?

The staff is great. The food is always fresh. It doesn't matter what time of day I come in. I always know I will be a happy customer when I leave. Lorraine has been my favorite for ages. The new girls are eager to keep up with a good reputation. It is always clean and orderly. Thank you for such great service and food.

Good service from the guy that was working, but the girl there wasn't giving good customer service. She didn't know how to close the sandwich and when I got home it rolled out out of package and on the floor. I took it back and the girl didn't apologize or do anything, but the guy did and replaced it with another one.

Even though there was a line of several people when I walked in, it moved quickly. The staff were fast and friendly and efficient. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. There is plenty of seating for eating in and it was a clean establishment and the restrooms were especially clean.There’s is sufficient parking. If you eat in there are large windows for watching the world go by. This is one of the better Subways I’ve been to.

I believe the ladys name is April. She is a hard worker, very friendly, and knows how to handle a lot. She is the only employee I’ve seen stick around this Subway. They get a lot of New employees and she has to train them all just to watch them leave. It’s sad. Plus she actually cares about your sandwich and does a great job making it. Considering this my 5 stars are because of her and the yummy sandwich’s she makes.
