Little Caesars

The place has gone down hill fast. The store is super dirty ( per photos) the cooler is empty with soda on the side of the cooler. Both screens are broken so no menus available. Use your best judgement if you want to come here. The employees are cursing in the back while people are waiting for food.

I have been a fan of this location and have given them 5 star reviews before but today frustrated me beyond anything. My order was incorrect so I called the store to explain as only the crazy bread and one pizza was correct. The first person I spoke with tried to tell me it was not wrong that’s what I ordered so I explained I had the order receipt see attached it was not correct at which point she asked me to hold on but just set the phone down at which point she yelled to someone else someone is complaining about a wrong order the next person complained before coming to the phone than kept interrupting me while asking me to explain. I did not appreciate the tone of her voice as it was super condescending. She then told told me she would give me a 12 dollar store credit the wings alone were 15.99. She said I guess I could give you the pizza credit even though it wasn’t wrong the dough “shrinks” which is why it looked small, but there is nothing wrong with it. I will not be using this location any more which I’m sure means nothing to them. Definitely a disappointment.

Told me 30 minutes ended up waiting over an hour for a deep dish piza and crazy bread. Employees had no respect and seemed like they didn't want to be there non of their screens worked and they still assumed a tip was in order the pizza was under cooked and sloppily thrown together! I will NEVER BE BUYING FROM LITTLE CEASERS AGAIN AFTER THIS

I wish I would have checked the reviews first! I ordered online. The tracker said it was in the oven when I left the house. I showed up when the order said to and they said they were running 10 minutes late. The lobby filled up with lots of people waiting for their online orders. After about 45 minutes someone asked for the manager about issues they had with the restaurant earlier I'm the week. This was obviously not a one night problem. Someone finally came and got my pizza to me 55 minutes later. The pizza was as expected, nothing special. Not worth going again.

Went inside. Only 1 screen is working that shows the menu. All the screen showed was the bat pizza. Asked for a menu...no menus. Had to go online and try and find a menu. Not as easy as it sounds. All the people in their were nice I have no complaints on them. Maybe the owner could spend some money on menus if they don't want to buy new screens

Cheap pizza is cheap pizza. Some days my teenagers want Little Caesers other times from another pizza place. No complaints with the quality of food. My only issue has been concerns over food handling and hygiene protocol. During COVID this restaurant had worker's whom did not wear masks properly and once I walked out after I saw a person cough into their hand and proceed to make pizza! I'd recommend taking a couple minutes to "decide what you want to order" and observe food handling before actually making your order... someday 's they are doing great, otherdays I feel they need to retrain their employees.

I waited 15 minutes just to place my order. Everyone was in the back talking and trying to look busy. If you are going to stand and talk on your cell phone make sure people can't see you especially when you have 5 people waiting to order or pick up a order. While I was standing there I got to talking to a guy waiting and he was doing door dash and has been waiting over 30 minutes for his order. With that information and a couple of people leave I decided to just leave.

Used my app to order my pizza 7 hours before I picked it up on Saturday February 19th. Not only did we not get ours until 7:50. But there was about 8 other customers waiting for their orders. Including a door dash employee that had waited for over an hour. Horrible. Will never never go to this store again. Little Caesars should be as5
