Boy were they busy at 10am on a Saturday!! The car line was around the building and the line inside was wrapped thru the dining room. One cashier. So our wait was very long but the food was good. We got sausage instead of bacon. They fixed it quickly. I guess they are shirt handed like everyone else so I can't blame them.

I went thru the drive thru window and requested two coffees with 5 creams each. The woman rudely said do you want a bottle of milk too? Then as I got home with my order and started to drink my coffee… both were black with no cups of cream in the bag. Not only was she rude she also did not give me my correct order 3 meals with drinks… two were the same the third was simple. I know occasionally everyone has a bad day..but it is not necessary to pass on your sour disposition to your paying customers!

This Manager on the weekend morning shift or morning shift Manager Rocks he goes above and beyond to help and make customers happy. And today he was the only person there working kitchen drive thru and lobby unbelievable. Great job

Slow service, had to wait 25 minutes for food, after being ordered. Was not really busy.

Went through drive through. I like their new Frisco Big Fried Cheese, and ordered it, but what I got was the ham and egg Frisco. The drive through clerk was in a huge hurry, very abrupt, and I felt unwelcomed. The sandwich was ok, but the bread was tough. Hash rounds were loose all down in the bag. Also ordered drink with no ice but it came full of ice. They sacrificed customer service and satisfaction for speed. Not the best Hardee's experience I've had, thank goodness.
