Starbucks

Not from this area but would definitely recommend. I had quite a large order (drinks + food for 4 people) & ordered via the app. Customer service was great and they got my entire order correct. The drinks were made correctly as well as the food. I'd definitely return to this starbucks location, if in the area. One of the better ones that I've been to & I've been to quite a lot. Thanks for the great service!!

Well I thought when you asked for extra Caramel sauce and extra whip cream plus 2 shots of Expresso that's what you get especially after you paid $10 for the extras, but I guess not! You pay for it but you don't get it! This isn't the first time either It's happened about 7 times now and I'm getting tired of having to go back to the store and having them fix it it's ridiculous I don't understand it!!!

Got a pink drink this afternoon...went thru drive thru... wasn't busy ..pretty clear wanted lite ice and a sleeve on cup... simple directions...so as I watched it the barista put 3/4 of ice in cup...I had asked to redo it! You'd think I asked for her to do several things! Her attitude 😳 then I asked for the sleeve...wow! I inconvenienced them! I did did call corp on the this location....I pay too much for a drink to get crummy service from Starbucks or barista!

This Starbucks is busy! Yet, they are so polite and friendly. It’s a very pleasant experience. In addition, they were not out of ANYTHING! It’s been a long time since I have gone to a Starbucks that wasn’t out of something, usually what I want. The service is very efficient for the traffic level. Plus, both my coffee and my food were delicious and perfect. BEST Starbucks anywhere.

We absolutely love Starbucks but I think that after Saturday we will probably never go back to this location. Wife special needs daughter and I all tried to order online. Daughter got her order in but both wife and I couldn't get our orders to go in. Online said they were out of wife's frappuccino and my cold brew. Out of cold brew???? So we decided to go in the store. We were in the store 15 minutes and they only waited on 2 people. So we decided to leave. Daughter was just about to get her order so wife and I got out of line and we stepped out the door to wait for her. She got her order (which wasn't even close to what she ordered) and met us in the truck. When she got in I could smell coffee. Whatever they gave her was a hot coffee based drink but service was sooooo bad we decided to not go back in. $5.90 for something she would never drink. I feel they took advantage of a special needs child. Here is a picture of her order which was a cream based Frappuccino.

Clean and nice location however my male barista seemed to be annoyed by the fact that I even existed. He was making faces when I was having difficulty getting my gift card out of its packaging or all together using a gift card. There was no line behind us and I was really trying my best to hurry and kept apologizing. My kiwi refresher had no bits in there and didn’t even bother explaining. If you run out I understand, not your fault but at least give me the heads up or just a simple sorry. Zero customer service, huge attitude.
