Most people were doing orders at the digital order boxes, it was just as easy to go to the counter and order, less waiting. Order was quick to arrive. Tables were not clean, as other diners were leaving without clearing their rubbish.

Disgusting and dirty. Flies and mosquitoes on the walls. I'm not surprised that it was nearly empty. We went there on Saturday afternoon. I couldn't find clean table and floor was littered. Shame really. It's a place with a lot of potential. I will never go there again.

Ordered today the boneless 8 piece. The chicken was super small and gravy was missing and my little boys pineapple pieces. Don't think I'll risk it next time. Normally you get quality standard but today was disappointing.

Went 9 35 Saturday night ,placed order and were not informed that it was take out only.
We were told when we got our order, which was on a tray as for eating in!!?? 9 55 were told we would have to leave, even though we hadn't finished. Quite frankly, they could have been cleaning on the opposite side to were we were eating. The place was a disgrace, floor covered in food, plastic bottles and other rubbish .....terrible!! Wont be going there again.

Again great food but missing items from order again! Staff really need to check before handing over to customers, especially the drive through as a customer not always time to check everything until you've pulled away and parked up somewhere else x Also no krushem drinks as machine being cleaned at 8.30pm??!

Very very slow service, cold chips and not much of them Been twice and had to wait 15 mins for food the first time and 20 minutes the second time. No idea why its so slow compared to th kfc in the town centre. Tables were dirty and uncleared even though it wasn't busy and I had to clean a table myself. Dismal.

Standard of food and presentation had fallen lately. Stopped doing snack boxes for some reason, was handed a take out with no salt or napkins which I had to request. Will not be going back in the future.

Pre-ordered a 9 piece bucket and checked in when I arrived at the carpark. Had to wait 10 mins for there to be some chicken and that's ok but what's not ok is no-one came and explained the delay so I'm stood there waiting like an idiot.
