I have ordered the ham and salad roll on two occasions and the bottom half of the bun was soggy both times, probably from the sliced tomato being placed directly onto roll. I suggested that either the ham or cheese slice be put on first, to provide a barrier to the tomato juice. Although the young staff were pleasant and apologetic, I didn't get the feeling that this suggestion would be passed on. Pretty simple concept for food preparation. I hope the message gets through eventually.

I was a fan of the chicken rolls, regularly buying them, I noticed today that the nice piece of crumbed chicken that formerly occupied the rolls has been replaced with those low quality chicken patties. I hope this isn't a permanent change, otherwise I will take my business elsewhere.

3 times over two months ordered a beef & mushroom pie, never any mushrooms, so please take it off the menu or tell the cook to do a proper job. Beef pies are all slush. This relates to the canteen IN the hospital food court. Never again will I buy there, just awful.

Great and friendly staff, excellent coffee and a good range of food and drinks. Excellent parking, but it is all expensive, paid parking.

Good place to grab a quick bite. Service is prompt and wait times are short (unless the line is out of the door). To minimize wait times the food menu isn't very big so there isn't much variety but what they do have they do it well.

The shop right by the car park is great. The very best coffee and fast, good service. The food is also quick and very nice. The muffins are a diet breaker but well worth it.
