Popped in yesterday for some fish which I do most weeks . Have to say the fish counter looked the best I have ever seen it , the presentation was amazing the guy behind the counter had put so much effort into the display . He was also friendly and helpful . Ended up with 3 items instead of the usual 1 . Well done to the guy who served me . Only wished I had asked his name so I could have personally mentioned him ,

They have a section on the right as you go in for grabbing lunch, but no accessible tables are available only high tables and stools. So I had to sit at the restaurant side and explain why I was sitting there. The staff are friendly and the they have a w/c toilet available, the flower section as you come in is lovely. I love their essential range and it is a convenient luxury store close to home.

The shopping experience offered at Waitrose is by far the absolute best. The customer service is outstanding, being highly apt for shopping at a more relaxed and friendly pace. The selection of products available is spectacular. The quality is unrivalled. The cleanliness of the store is brilliant. The availability of staff and their willingness to assist is superb.

Love the calm experience of walking around Waitrose. Relaxing and sophisticated. Great choice too. Only negative is you can’t get a nut free cake here if you have an allergy to nuts…

Very good quality food and not as expensive as people think, I've picked up some really good bargains at waitrose and all the staff are lovely ,just give them a try .

What can I say about Waitrose that hasn't already been said? Good but pricey, I suppose, but it is worth the extra. You always walk out feeling better about yourself as the staff are so friendly and helpful and the produce and range is so good.
And not necessarily pricey either. You just have to be a bit canny about what you buy. The mark downs on things they want to get rid of are good and if the sell buy date is not a problem, you have won!
