Customers of the same race seem to get amazing service… unfortunately I was ignored and treated with disrespect while the man and his wife in front of me had an amazing experience because they spoke the same language as the cashier. I will never come here again and I will be telling my parents about my experience.

Owner/ Manager is very rude.
We order 3light and sweet coffee and they served light coffee.
I called to informed them and they are not ready to listen.
I spend every month more then $300 a month at Dunkin’ to get this kind of service.

Multiple employees inside all catering to uber eats/ door dash etc.. terrible customer service stood there 7 minutes and not one employee acknowledged my presence... the Dunkin’ Donuts in south plainfield is terrible would not recommend would rather sit in Starbucks drive thru line

By far my favorite location of dunkin donuts. This is not only the cleanest location I have ever been in but the only location every staff member is pleasant, friendly and wonderful to see. You know your items will be freshly made and done right and in the off chance something isn't right, MaLou will take care of it in a very professional way. Highly recommended and I will go out of my way to come to this location over any other

The service here is absolutely terrible. I don't need the workers to be overly friendly to me while I buy coffee, however I don't expect to be treated rudely and disrespected. The service here is awful. If you see a man there with a large mole on his face, you might as well walk out the door. He will 100% ruin your day. Terrible DD location.

Ordered2$ (2 -6 pm offer) medium cappuccino , he gave me a cup which is medium sized with coffee quantity of small😱!!! Don’t advertise promotional offers if u won’t stick to it.
