Dunkin'

I ordered a bagel (toasted) & an ice tea but they left the bagel in for WAY longer than what they were supposed to & the ice tea is absolutely DISGUSTING it isn’t even made properly. (I used to work at DD & know that’s not the right color or taste) - it was still gross with sugar & lemons. Never ordering here again. Really ruined my morning. Everything is in the trash now.

This Dunkin when the mother and daughter use to work all week was the best they know how to make coffee know they put an old lady with a guy the coffee taste like cat oil I only go Saturday and Sunday Saturday the daughter and mother are working there and Sunday it’s only her mother the owner took the only people that new how to make good coffee nobody knows how to make ice caramel latte likes them that’s why I go Saturday and Sunday

I usually don't review places but the employee there treated me like a piece of salami his name was mike working the night shift yesterday. I walked inside in a good mood for a coffee and apparently more customers made a line behind me when I finally came up to the register only to have Mike slam the coins he had as change from the previous customer on the table and mind you one of the coins struck my stomach. I asked him if he was ok and he said to me "no I'm upset now what do you want" . I will never stop at this location for coffee in my life again.

I have been coming here for years, although it isnt my go to dunks. Today I was about to place my order for a coffee. When the cashier came up to the register I received a huge sigh for whatever reason. Anyways, as I was about to place my order I noticed the price and questioned it politely. The cashier canceled the transaction while I was about to place my order then went back to assisting another associate. I get it, you may be busy but it was quiet a simple question, then to cancel right in front of me? I was not standing looking at the menu for more than honestly 5 seconds.
