They allow to order online yet the doors are locked and they don’t even have a sigh saying anything. I love store and the workers but this is like the 3rd time. I work an hour away giving my self 15mins to get an order that I ordered ahead of time. Took 20mins. And I order about 10mins before I even left my house.

Terrible service. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes. The manager and one other worker looked at me so I know they saw me but never bothered to take my order even though there was 4 people working. I asked if someone could help me and they just went about their business like in want there. I finally got fed up and left. If you aren't going to serve people coming inside then say so it post a sign out something!

Needs drastic changes in regard to speed. Shouldn’t be a 20+ min wait on a normal day .. but oh wait, my meal somehow got lost in the shuffle.. needs work

Customer service unsatisfactory. Did not take down our entire order, did not give us butter knives with our bagels. Server seemed inexperienced when we wanted our order fixed. Coffee's taste horrible, did not make them right. Do not recommend. 😡

Drive-thru order: Individual taking order was busy giggling and having conversation with other employee. She SHOULD have focused on her customers as the order was totally incorrect. Sausage egg wrap was a joke. Egg was outside the wrapper in the bag. No cream, Splenda or flavor shot in coffee. Pathetic customer service!
