The good: We enjoyed the warm igloo and the service was really good. It cannot be easy for waiters to go back and forth, zip and unzip the igloo. So kudos for picking the incredible staff. I hope you pay them very well and show them appreciation. The not so good: Sadly food. We had mussels sambuca and the sauce was thick, nauseously sweet and we found a few spoiled mussels. We are not the kind of guests that make scene so we politely put them to side and said nothing. (The rule is, if mussel is closed don't eat it, it was dead before you cooked it. These were cracked so not obvious.) The mixed grill was served on a large plate full of fries, gummy instant rice and flavorless steamed vegetable (broccoli, green beans). You only get two skewers of meat (chicken and steak) and garlic mayo. The meat portion is fine for a teen girl, but not a grown man. You are supposed to fill on fries (which are very good and crunchy). Burger was fine, and at $15 probably the best bet. Seafood Papardelle was a nice dish with the understated Parmesan sauce and perfectly cooked pasta. I have to say I was nervous about the freshness of the seafood after the appetizer but the mussels in this one are placed open around the perimeter of the plate, so they were fine. The shrimp were good consistency, not too gummy. This was the best dish we had at this outing. Dessert was tres leches and tiramisu, both excellent. Tiramisu was a tad too moist and cut in a sloppy fashion probably due to the wetness, but the presentation on the plate with the chocolate sauce was on par. Bad: Prices. $28-$30 for the most main dishes and $45 for the fillet Mignon. A plate of flavorless hummus and stale pita was $11. This is not NYC and the food is just not that good to command those prices. We understood that we were paying for the igloo and the excellent serve (automatic gratuity included), more than for food. If you are fine with that, by all means go and enjoy yourself. The place is beautiful. I really just wish they would make better food and keep their prices more affordable. I'd rather pay a flat igloo rate ($30?) than be gouged on the food prices. I am only saying this because I like the location and the atmosphere and want this place to stay in business. (Almost $200 for a party of 4 with no alcohol except for one $9 beer).

Had calamari, brussel sprouts, hummus as appetizers and they were all tasteful and well prepared. Ordered the NY sirloin as entree and it was cooked on point, the sides were also very tasteful. All other ordered plates looked good and guests said they were also delicious. Good service.

The food is fabulous! I arrived at 4:45p on a Thursday. Sat at the bar. Bartender was friendly but more attentive to friends and regulars and missed opportunities to offer me another drink and or offer me anything else. I had to wait, a lot, to get his attention. Bar wasn't busy. I'll still come back and try again. Food was too good!

Sitting in the "igloo" concept is nice. The "igloo" offers a very intimate dining experience. However, there is a $100 spending minimum in order to obtain an outside "igloo." The wait staff and hostess were great. They were friendly, attentive, and reliable. It was certainly a pleasure dealing with the staff. I felt that the food and drinks were okay. Personally they weren't my favourite. Note, I eat a plant based diet and could not try many items on the menu. I tasted a few of their appetizers and drinks. The atmosphere is classy and despite not personally being a fan of the food; it wouldn't be a bad idea to give it a try if you are in the area.

Waiter and bus boy were Fantastic! But food... not so much:( had chicken Picatta and the chicken was tough and dry.. the sauce was super runny and bitter. Ordered a drink special...just okay... may try it again but second time I had a bad mixed cocktail.... Dessert was fabulous though!

Absolutely wonderful experience! My family and I loved the outdoor igloo! It was heated and nicely decorated inside. Food was delicious and our server was amazing!

Less than impressed. We went for anniversary dinner, food was all over cooked. Mixed grill skewers were tough, medium cook steak was tougher than shoe leather. Pink Vodka Parm was burnt chicken cutlets were served over mushy textured pasta and a flavorless sauce. The waiter putting his butt on the table next to us while he took an order was concerning. Maybe just an off night, but not likely to return to try again.

Great place. I love Tuesday $6.00 wine night. Patio out back is dog friendly. Great pizza and chicken marsala.
