This KFC as improved tremendously since using it last year I now use it weekly. The food is great the staff are polite & helpful whether you go inside or use the drive though. We'll done to the staff excellent outlet for takeaway or eat in. Its finger lickin' good 👍🏻👌

Although it is very expensive, it's still nice to have now & then. Here's a tip, download the KFC App and look at the offers, then make up your ordsr around your offers from the app to get more foe your money.

Hey. It's KFC, so you know what it's about. Visited the counter and service was prompt and efficient on this visit. However would recommend you always check your order before leaving - in the rush they can miss items out.

This kfc is very good always has good mini fillets, and is the best kfc I have had in Birmingham so far!
I would also rate it in the top 3 kfc I've ever had! Good job 👍
