Any time you have breakfast at the Tomcat Cafe (Sinking Spring, PA) instantly qualifies as a win... Anytime you are at a cafe with 40 varieties of pancakes, 30 kinds of French toast and 30 kinds of omelettes, you know you are at the right place. The place gets crowded -- arrive early or plan to wait. The restaurant itself is small -- consider sitting at the counter so you don't feel like you are dining with strangers. It is a great value when you consider that the majority of entrees will provide another breakfast based on what you end up taking home with you.

AMBIANCE: THIS IS A SMALL PLACE WITH A BIG MENU! Seriously I was so overwhelmed with the menu it made me not even want to order everything. When we got there there was a 30min wait which gave us time to look over and see what we wanted. Be prepared to sit next to people you don’t know because there’s very limited space. But they do have playing cards to play while you wait which was my favorite part. It’s not the fanciest place but it’s cool. FOOD: If you eat everything in one sitting, kudos to you because the portions are very large. The food is very down home, nostalgia, comfort food for sure. Definitely the type to knock you out on the couch after. Overall we liked this place, we would come back and order something different because you can’t come here and order the same thing twice, you just can’t.

A breakfast experience like no other! An unbelievably huge menu that you could easily spend a half hour or more looking at. The food is absolutely amazing and out-of-this-world! Expect to wait 45 minutes to an hour for a table, but it's oh-so worth it! I don't want them to change a thing. Can't wait to make it back again!

Great place for vegan food. It’s not a vegan restaurant but they have a big vegan menu, and plan to expand it even further, making their own vegan sausages and other things according to what the owner told us. They even offered Just Egg as an option for a number of dishes, besides regular and crispy tofu. They serve really good diner food. The portions are huge. Coffee was really good too. We went there for brunch with a group of friends so we tried a number of different dishes, and everybody was really happy with their food. Seating might be an issue at busy times/dates, because they only seat around 40 (from my estimate) and they don’t take reservations. Worth the waiting though.

The food was amazing! Everything was so fresh and brought out in a timely manner. The staff were super friendly. We were not excited to wait 35 minutes to be seated but it was well worth the wait.

Wow 31 choices for specialty omlettes alone! Great service! The coffee is really good. They don’t serve sodas. You can keep coming here and for a long time and get something new and delicious!

Great fun. Fun staff. Incredible large and unique menu. Highly recommend. Never a bad meal here. Breakfast Burrito pictured. Boom Boom wrap is superb. May 2019. All Goes To Pot sandwich. Best ever. Pot roast, mushrooms, onions and sweet potato waffle fries. Too damn good. June 2019: Hallelujah was very tasty spin on Chicken and Waffles with Nashville Hot Chicken and French Toast with Peaches all over the top. Superb
