Sofra Express

There were two insects in their Turkish coffee. I ordered their foods and Turkish coffee using deliveroo, everything was spilled in plastic bag but it was still forgivable because might not be 100% their fault. However, because of spilled coffee I could found those insects, maybe small cockroaches. Kebab looked nice but didn’t eat as I could not trust. Simply I will not buy from them.

Placed order arround 08:43pm , and some one hour later they just cancelled my order without appology or explanation. Do not even waste your time with this place or Foodpanda. They do not care about customers' it appears. No one from Food Panda or outlet called back as promised or refund to-date. Weeks have passed, no call back or appology as promised.
