Bakery And Bar St. Marc

A must go to if you come to East Coast Park. The food consistently are always on the high side. With a fusion selection to choose. And always leave room in your tummy for their bakery desert, a must have to complete your meal. Both indoor and outdoor seating. You can choose to sit outdoor if you are coming along with your pets. As you dine, they can pet watch others of their ‘friends’ or a walk on the greens in front of the eatery. Special mentioned and thanks to Jay. He is so hospitable, friendly and heart-warming. Jay never failed to check on us whenever he passed by our table to make sure we are looked after and how are our meals. Very attentive and professional on his part. Well done.

We came here on a weekday to avoid the weekend crowds and the bad service from the other reviewers. Here's the conclusion: The service at St Marc is dismal ....even when it is not crowded. The staff are nonchalant and slow, and you have to wave like crazy to get their attention. Unlike the St Marc at Duo, this outlet does not serve any set lunch ....yes, not even on an uncrowded weekday. The signature chicken chop was OK, helped by the black pepper sauce. Nothing to shout about. They do better in their desserts department. A main course & dessert & coffee will cost between $30-$35. I'd rather pay a bit more for a proper restaurant (this is cafe) for this price range. For better food and better service. Needless to say, I will not come back again, even if I live nearby. The new outlet at the Duo is supposedly better but I am sure I have better options than St Marc. The standards have declined dramatically from what I remember of St Marc.

Went here last weekend. It was my second. My first visit was last year same month. Place is great. This is a nice place to have something cold called after walking at the park. The banana split is good. I just don't like the dinosaur drink. It's not good. The winner for me was the croissant we had for takeaway. Will definitely buy some next time. Also I would like to comment on their ordering system. Hope they can improve it. We dined with friends and ordered separately. We cannot track our orders once we closed the app. And i ordered the banana split and drink at the same time, but only the banana split was pushed through. But tasting the dinosaur drink, i regret that i followed it up. But overall it's a great place. I'll definitely go back. Update: And we're back! So my husband got a takeaway Last week when he went out to cycle. He bought a croissant coz I really liked it. Then Friday, we dined in again for a dessert. It was good :) changing my rating to 5 star coz i liked the dessert

This was my second visit. My first visit was for lunch and this time round I came for dinner instead with more family members to celeb my birthday. I came also because it was supposed to be a pet friendly place but this second visit was a disappointment. I could not borrow and get a chair to put my small 3 legged dog, even though I had a towel and a cushion to rest her on. The place was very crowded with people training and flying birds in the open field in front. So you will get people walking near your table constantly and watching you eat. There are no standing fans to cool you down during this humid and hot weather so you need to pray that there is some breeze coming from the sea. Food is decent but the service is lacking. Will not be coming back anytime soon. Nearby the Atmosphere Bistro is so much better.

Been a long while not dining here. They have been here since inception. As today is weekend, restaurant is quite busy with customers dining in and alfresco. Ordered a fish and chips & chicken waffles. Service is very fast! Waited about 10 mins and the fish and chips arrived on my table. Portion is generous. Have requested for more chillies sauce and water, took a while as the servers are kinda busy. I had thought the server had forgotten about my request, soon after he came with a pitcher of water and 3 packets of chillies sauce. Service is impeccable! Desserts are ample and portion is big. Price wise is reasonable. Definitely a good dining experience.

Very cosy place with really good food. Can get busy during lunch and dinner service. Prior reservations recommended. Signature wagyu burger is a must try here. Moist tender wagyu beef patty. Juicy with every bite. Like their really thin shoe string fries. Truffle fries is also a must order. The fragrance of the truffle oil costs the fries evenly giving it an aroma before you take a bite. Signature Fuji series desserts are also good especially after a hot day in East Coast Park. Indoor and outdoor seatings available. Some staffs are friendly while some aren’t. Hope they improve in this area.

Came here for brunch after visiting the dog run beside. The food looks good and the quality was not bad. I didn’t get to try the desserts which I believe are their speciality. Outdoor seats are pet friendly. Love it that they have a small wash basin outdoor to clean the hands after tending to the pets. A good nice place to people watch during weekends too.
