Wendy's

I'm a professional driver and stop at Wendy's frequently. When I stopped in Simcoe I was served the best Wendy's ever. My server was Jacob a special needs adult. I saw a special needs lady preparing my burger to perfection. What a wonderful experience! Wonderful service with a great smile. Taking pride in your work shows. 😊 you!🙂

I understand being under usual staff sometimes but if Starbucks and Pizza joints can still run the inside of the store and the drive through with only 3 or 4 employees sometimes less, all day long, I don't understand how they can't manage to make it work especially at 1130 at night when you have barley any customers. Also if this is such an issued they should consider just closing earlier on a regular basis and changing there hours, if they can't get the employees.

Took my kids to Wendy’s and they would not serve us because “they were understaffed” also locked the dinning area early making us walk through the drive thru. They had 4 ppl working no other customers and my 6 and 8 yearold cried when she said no you can’t have it because your walking, then I asked for the manager and she was rude! She told my kids and I nope we don’t have workers and plus we are closed for walking people..... NOT OK! Wendy’s better do something about this. This is a brand and family place.

It is, as all fast food places ares these days, mediochre food, luke warm food and terrible customer service. My burger tasted like a camel had it's way with it in mating season and that wasn't even the really awesome part of this visit. The two girls working the drive thru had much more interest in discussing "what he had done to her" (her being the little blonde girl) than they had interest in listening to anything I had to say. It was super nice of them to hand me my food and close the window in my face while I asked for some ketchup. Just simply turned her back while sliding it shut so she could pay attention to that little blonde haired girl. But what can you expect out of Simcoe, Ontario am I right??
