Wendy's

I went early today around noon and before I get to the bad let me say the good. Food was great (yeah fast food but it was good!) the place was CLEAN. And the service was nice. But now let me get to the bad. The older gentlemen who I believe is either the owner/manager was SO RUDE to his employee who was running the cashier. Poor woman was being scolded and made a fool because she didn’t know how to do an operation on the keypad for cookies. As an owner/manager you should teach and help with compassion. He was nice to me but to that woman he was being so awful. She didn’t deserve that. So yeah good food nice place good service but TREAT the employees better please!

Normally, I already know to expect that my food will not be fresh or hot even but this time I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the junior bacon cheeseburger $5 biggie bag and the food was not only hot but fresh. The bread was not all crumbly as usual. Breaking apart in my mouth. It was soft and hot. I was so impressed. Shout out to the Wendy's near cherry lane in Laurel, Md.

I just picked up dinner for my husband and sons and had the best drive thru experience! I couldn't see the two young men's name tags or I would compliment them by name but it was Friday evening around 5:30pm and the gentleman working the 1st window taking the order was so pleasant and his customer service was the best I've had in a drive in window in years! I then pulled up to the last window to pick up my food and was met with the warmest smile and yet another employee providing excellent customer care! Just wanted to thank both of those young men for excellent customer service!

The food at Wendy's is always stupendous!!! I love it so much I will go broke!!! The employees aren't the most friendly of sorts but they do a good job and their best. The atmosphere is also pretty good but the drive thru is a little awkward and there is like no parking. But other than that the food is bussin and I will definitely be back for some of that good juicy Dave Double sandwiches. I LOVE MY DAVE DOUBLE!!!! Highly recommend for anyone that is lacking in the dopamine department. They also have PEPPERMINT FROSTYS!!!! Those will change your life forever!! They make my day everytime I go to grab one. The fries are Mmmmmm the taste is everything and the salt just makes my mouth water for some of that good Orange Fanta. My mouth waters while I am typing this!!! Go get some NOW!!!!
