This place is very busy during the breakfast and lunch rushes as they don't have enough people working at the restaurant which makes long lines and long wait times.
However the manager is very kind as she gives away free food when the person doesn't pick up the food and let's you know when there is a deal to let you save money.
Also I would order out as they only clean the restaurant when it's not busy so order to go during the breakfast and lunch rush.

February 2023 Update - they start charging for any sauces (25 cent) and new sign about time limit on the dining area.
Good - it's one of places open late in downtown and been just across a street from the Metro station it's pretty safe. Food is OK if you're hungry and need something. Also plan to get your order as take out - like to Metro Plaza (they do have benches).
An alternative would be a diner on Cameron street - about 5 min walk from this place.

The place itself was 3 or 4 stars, but there was this lady working there!!!!!! (I can't believe I forgot her name!) WONDERFUL person! Super nice to the kids (ALL kids! You can tell she loves kids!), caring with every costumer, taking a moment to help you find good deals.... she seems like the kind of person who finds joy in every situation and just makes your normal day magical! We LOVED our experience (despite no toilet paper in the store) 100% because of her! ♡

Another day, and my love affair with the McDonald's Dollar Menu continues. Food was great and service was fast. As an added bonus, no fights broke out among patrons during my visit today.
I do tend to like ketchup with my french fries, but none was offered to me when I picked up my mobile order. This was disappointing. What's more, both ketchup dispensers on the beverage station were empty. This was frustrating, but we all have crosses to bear in life and today, this was mine.
I will survive. :-)
