Everytime I come here I always look forward to seeing Temwe! I came here a few weeks back and there was a disturbance in the store with a man who was known for going into stores and begging the customers for money. Temwe took charge and made sure he did not bother the customers and made sure everyone was safe . Although being called all sort of nasty names from this individual, Temwe did not stoop down to his level and nor did he reciprocate his negative energy! And you best believe within 5 minutes that individual was gone ! Shout out to Temwe !

Awesome staff and great service! I came in yesterday for the first time and tried a new drink (forgot the name, it was a cold brew with some chocolate), different from my usual Caramel Frappe to try and cut back on the sugar. Not as sweet and savory as my usual, but it was good enough for a low calorie/ low sugar drink!

Rachel is the best barista in this whole establishment! Honestly the only one that understands directions on the cups and not only that but goes above and beyond to accommodate. If she’s not making my drink I just don’t want it.

I think this Starbucks is rlly good l. The food that I ordered was made perfectly and the service was good. The only thing that I was hesitant about was the fact that there were loads of homeless people there. And they kept asking me for money. But apart from that, everything was 😍😍🤩.

I’m only writing this review because FEVEN WAS PHENOMENAL. Everyone else acts like doing anything like putting the extra caramel I paid for in the cup is gonna cost them an arm and a leg BUT FEVEN offers superior customer service.

Cashier was friendly and gave good recommendations. The barista that made my drink, checked with me to make sure he had my "random" request correct. The upscale hot cocoa was delicious!
