The restaurant is always clean and in spite of the fact that, like so many eateries, they are short- staffed and have had high staff turnover, we are always seated promptly, and promptly served. The good quality is typical Bob Evans fare. The wait staff were working hard, yet still cordial and prompt with the service, and checked on us several times during the meal.

The worse services ever. Food came out cold, bacon and sausage was burnt.

Worse breakfast I've ever had in my life. We waited 35 minutes to get a seat ... honestly didn't mind that. Then waited over 45 minutes to be served ... honestly didn't mind that either. But when food finally came, my bacon, ham and sausages were cold and burnt. Had to wait even longer for my toast so my eggs got cold. They forgot the cheese and bacon, which was half the ingredients in my wife's omelette. How does anyone screw up breakfast that bad?

Been here twice in two weeks , visiting this town , service both times was horrible. Waitress name Tammy the first time , lady acted like she was going to fall out at any moment no drink refills or anything . Waitress yesterday don’t know her name but ask if I need creamer for My Pepsi, brought out cold gravy and had to ask for a refill twice !!! Management needs to work with the crew here . I will not ever spend my money somewhere they expect me to eat without a drink and get mad when you need something!!! $80 spent here should be refunded

Before you order the family meals know that you may not get everything you order and side containers are only going to be half full if you get them all! Our order was missing 1 entire side dish, all the rolls , and the side containers I did get were 1/2 full.

Our waitress went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and then some. Restaurant was clean and staff was attentive.

I ordered the strawberry chicken salad and it was bad. Half of the lettuce was wilted and brown, and the chicken was tuff and tasted raw. The service was extremely slow! I wouldn’t recommend eating at bob evans !!
