It's called Bar restaurant Temali. They are really nice, speak English and the food was cheap and excelent. Tradicional dishes. Menu is also in English. Close to centre but not prices for turists!

The food was good. I had spaghetti with seafood. Then at about 3 in the morning I vomited it all back up. No wonder the restaurant was empty. The seafood must have been old.
