I can't rate properly because I just drove by while going to Wendy's. But it was dead as a doornail, not a single car went through the drive through while we waited in line at Wendy's (about 15 minutes).
It seems like everyone knows to avoid this one

I always go to this Dunkin. The drive threw staff is always very friendly to me. The staff makes your food very quick and effeciently. They always make my iced carmel machiato to perfection everyday .

This place is a big joke can't get a coffee order right and as for the drive thru they only take one order ar a time and still get it wrong if I could give this no star I would the owner should look at all the reviews

Wish I could give this no star but recently I went there and the girls who took the order had her but crack showing and she messed up the order and the coffee was filled with sugar imaging being a diabetic and you are out in the freezing cold . The girl was even on her phone and I was waiting for 10-15 minutes… she was very unprofessional. Dunkin’ needs to hire a better staff .

I am frustrated! At the drive up today I was handed a hot coffee. When I took it from the worker, the lid popped off and spilt over my hand and pants. Don’t worry, I’m not going to contact a lawyer. My point is this… the worker never apologized. Her superior came over and pointed to the cup and said “it says coffee is hot!” No kidding! How about an apology or removing the charge?

Yep. I miss the Dunkin that used to be on Howe Avenue. At least they made your drink right. If I have to mix my own drink up, I might as well buy some coffee, ice, and syrups and make my own at home. I absolutely love getting a drink that i have to stir myself while driving.

This could very well be the worst Dunkin' Donuts in history. I am not sure who owns or manages this location but it is a complete disaster. Extremely slow, untrained staff that could care less about their job. I've never seen the same person working there more than one week. It's so bad, the people who own the gas station there tell their customers they're better off going to the Dunkin up the street!

This is one of the worst locations. Nobody cares. They are on their phones, gossiping with each other, and as a result have the slowest drive thru ever. Even when it isn't busy it took them 5 mins to nuke a sandwich for me. Avoid this location, especially if you need to be somewhere...
