We have eaten there twice. Staff is always friendly and the food is good. Last time we went, they were out of biscuits and that took 20 minutes. They were not busy so there's no reason why they should have been without a staple item. The last time we went they were out of the chicken we wanted and that took about 15 minutes. Again not busy. The place is clean but bring a jacket because it's cold.

Awful again. No matter how many times I give them another try because of their location, they consistently screw up the order and pieces are missing...again and again. Ordered two 4 piece chicken strips combo and when they didn’t ask about about drinks or sauce, I thought maybe only one sauce came with it and maybe combo didn’t have drinks included. I got home, no utensils, no sauce, no drinks which website said comes with it and the side of green beans were mashed potatoes. They also never give a receipt probably so you don’t review them.
During these times when you decide to try and keep places on business, it’s a wonder how this one stays open.

The food was old and hard. Couldn’t even chew it. Also the wings only had sauce on one side . I was not given cutlery to eat my food with. During a pandemic staff was not wearing masks and were talking on their phone while I, the customer, waited for my food. When my food was given to me, there was no “thank you” or anything. Terrible! Seems like more people hated their experience that enjoyed it. Wish I would have read the reviews before going

Went there at 6:30pm June 2. Didn’t have chicken we ordered, no biscuits. Got to the window and they gave us our order. Asked to make sure we had the mashed potatoes and gravy guy at window assured it was in the box. Drove home, nothing but chicken and coke slaw. Called and told them about it. Said they would refund money, took name and phone. Said they would call back, never did. Don’t go here, useless.

Absolutely worst experience i have ever had at a KFC drive through. The so scalled self proclaimed store manager was taking my order through the drive through. He never once allowed me to even finish a sentence when placing my order. Part of my order was a nacho box. Because i have a bad tooth, i requested that all my chips be bagged separately from the toppings. He immediately told me "NO!. There is no way i can do that" I questioned his denial because numerous times before it was allowed. He then went into a ranting rage using the term "You People" always try to get extra chips from us and I'm not having it". He never once thought of me, the consumer and how i would enjoy my meal. Before completing my order he demanded to know what i wanted to drink. Before giving him my drink order i asked him to confirm that my chips would be placed on the side. He shouted at me that we were passed that and he wanted my drink order. Vulgar words were thwn exchanged between both of us after that. I am so appalled by the way i was treated when asking for such a simple request. Please reach out to me so i can further inform someone from corporate or the owner about this terrible experience i had. When i asked for his name he refused to give it to me and said that he was the store manager and my complaint would go to him and nothing would be done. The fact that he treated me so horrible is a representation of the type of business is ran at location and how they feel about their loyal costumers. Shame on that employee for how horrible he treated me and my family. I will never go back to that location and will take my business elsewhere because of him.

Went through the drive through! Got home and we did not get what we ordered plus the chicken was all dried out and the chicken leg was about as tiny as you can get! Mashed potatoes were almost runny! Did not get our credit card receipt on top of it! Was not worth $18ish dollars at all! Then to top it off...tried to call and the phone rang busy for a straight hour so I would say it was off the hook. We are Kentucky Fried Chicken fans but now now!!

Sad kfc location. It took 10 minutes for the staff to take my order even though there was a manager standing right there at the counter. Then after my order was placed I found and reported the ice tea was out....no staff cared at cared all.
Then they told me they were out of extra crispy.
This all happened between 5 and 5 30 on a weekday while I was the only one in the store.
Personally I will never go back to this location.

The first two times my family went here, the mashed potatoes were terrible. We tried once more tonight, but decided not to get mashed potatoes. Between the five of us, we ordered 7 biscuits total. When we checked our order before leaving the drive through, THERE WERE NO BISCUITS. The kid at the window apologized and said the oven was broke and they didn't have biscuits. That to me is lying and stealing as they could have told us while ordering instead of hoping we got home before we noticed and them probably knowing that people don't want to drive all the way back. Very deceitful!! Needless to say, we got a refund and will NOT be going back to this location as they biffed it 3 out of 3 times we went there. I wish I could give negative stars, really pi$$e$ me off. In my book, the did in fact try to steal from us knowing they didn't have biscuits! How can we pay these people $15 an hour... ridiculous! My wife works as a Hospice caretaker and makes just over $15 an hour and these people think their job is as important????
