New years eve our family stopped here. The wait was poor but the quality of food made up for the wait. We watched as other families left because the hostess wasn't doing her job. Fortunately for us our waitress was doing her job even though we could tell she didn't want to be there. We also watched as an elderly couple asked for someone to bring out salad plates for the salad bar but, they waited a good 10 minutes before someone brought out the plates. Thankfully we had good food and good service otherwise they would've been rated a one star.

Went kind of late, wasn't many customers however my waitress was slow and forgetful. However she was very pleasant. The food I ordered was Amazing, as well as the shrimp fondue for the appetizer. I tend to order the salad bar as a side substitute and the choices although not many didn't disappoint

The food was great, a good juicy burger never disappoints! The tables were a bit dirty, but the service and food make up for that. Their food is priced well even if it's a little expensive. The salad bar is $8.99 and their steaks are expensive, sadly, the least expensive being $16.99. I would suggest this to my friends and family for a good sit down restaurant.

By far the best Ruby Tuesday location for food. They salad bar was clean and fresh. The food tasted amazing. They had the best tasting chicken quesadillas I have ever eaten. The service was not good. I am basing my review off the food and not the service. If the service had been just ok I would have given 5 stars. The restaurant was not real busy. We never had drinks and had to wave her down for a refill. Even after waving her down she still took forever. We waited over 30 minutes for out check after we had finished eating and she had taken the dishes. If it would have been up to me I would not have left a tip. I am a generous tipper. They really need to evaluate their servers. Like I said food was amazing but the was the worst service I have ever had at a Ruby Tuesday. I tried to base my review on star on the food. The service would have gotten zero stars.

June 2019. Was late 8pm. Service was great. Waitress was attentive. Food came out in a good amount of time. Everything we had was very good, pics posted of empty plates. Lol. Restaurant was neat and clean.

Our waitress was overwhelmed but that didn't stop her from being sweet, and staying on top of our needs! Great staff, fresh salad bar, and order-to-table was timed appropriately during a considerably small crowd of hungry theme-park goers. 10/10 will return!

The Manager was great! He seated us and was by the bar and explained how the company had stopped the smoked broccoli. I told him that I really loved it and he offered to make me some but I told him no. It was a good experience and the next time we are in the area, we will stop and eat!

The food was delicious. I had a salad from the Salad Bar which had great items to choose from that were fresh. I also had a pasta dish with grilled chicken and broccoli. So good, it really filled me up. The waiter was very nice and checked on us to see how we were doing. The restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere. I would go there again.

The food was good. I ordered shrimp and fries both were delicious. My husband had the classic burger and he said it was good. Our waitress was friendly but slow. Needed catsup and 10 minutes later still no catsup. We found some on another table. It wasn't crowded but she got a large group while we were waiting on a box so that took awhile too. Other than that it was good.

Not 5 stars but not trying to be. I guess I rate places based on how they do compared to my expectations. We needed a quick place to eat before my daughters dance class that wasn't fast food poison. We usually like the salad bar and today was no exception. It was way better than last time. The service was good and the restaurant was clean. My plastic water glass had yellowed over time and no one bothered to throw it away. Bacon bits are a hot commodity and only three can be put in the bowl at one time. Overall it was good for $11 (kids eat free on Tuesday) and we made it to dance class on time.
