Had a lovely time when being served. The staff treated must with the utmost respect. Great customer service and quite quick as well. The manager was extremely nice and went above and beyond with engaging with the customer. I felt quite comfortable being served as I didn't know much about the menu. Overall the quality of my sub was excellent and the making process was as well as the staff was incredibly friendly. The place was quite clean as well and the fridge had a nice variety of drinks, suitable for everyone. Will definitely come back again, possibly for catering needs!!

Young lady serving three customers was brilliant, but she had no support. Gentleman walking around, found out later he was the new Manager, came out when the drinks delivery came and then went out back.
He finally acknowledged me and then attempted to serve by cutting a foot long into 2 x 6 inch and disappeared out back again.
Finally came out to start the order, while waiting for meatballs to heat up.
Added the salads before the meatballs and didn't even start the chicken and bacon ranch.
Didn't listen to what I asked for and handballed to the young lady to finish the order.
Generally the staff are great, quick and efficient. Wait time was ridiculous especially when someone comes in after me and leaves before me. This customer wasn't served by the New Manager!
Needs to lift his game and demonstrate to his staff his ability and confidence.
Will opt out to go to Port Adelaide Subway instead.

Overall wonderful experience in the store. The staff was really friendly.They know what they're doing and what they are talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Despite being busy the service provided was very quick. Highly recommend!

On Tuesday night family ordered two footlongs, 1 Salad & 1 wrap via Uber Eats from Semaphore Subway. We have been happily going to this Subway since it opened. Never again. The salad bowl was less than half full, with wrong dressing, no cheese, no olives & no halopenos. The wrap was FLAT, the size of a playing card with 1 small piece of chicken, 1 slice of tomato, a teaspoon of carrot and no cheese, olives or cucumber and not toasted. Avocado was missing from both footlongs - this cost almost $65!!! My daughter explained this on the uber app which apologised - then nothing. We phoned Semaphore Subway twice that night and was told the manager would phone. Didn't happen. After another phone call to the store I was told he would phone in the morning. Didn't happen. I phoned the store to be told we could only get refunded by Uber. There is no way to contact Uber other than on the app. That already hadn't worked. I had to go into the store and stand there for half an hour before the Manager said he called Uber to ask them to refund me. We still haven't received a refund. The girls were untrained and unsupported and obviously there was not enough staff to fulfil counter and Uber orders. You can't contact Uber because they only talk to Drivers and Restaurant Owners. You can't contact Subway because their customer service number is unattended. No one is responsible, no one is accountable. No one is interested in providing a refund. We used to measure a service by how they responded to unhappy customers. Now, companies like Uber and Subway, don't want to hear from customers - ever. The buck should stop with Semaphore Subway which provided scraps to my family but happily took our hard-earned money. Seeing how upset we were they should have offered something. There only response has been too put it onto Uber Eats - which as a consumer you can not contact. Shameful way to run a business.

Spend quite of bit of money here and on not one but two occasions the staff are extremely rude when pointing out prices. They literally yelled at me and claimed that's what it is. I explained that's not what the board states. She processed it then through my change across the counter and then thrust the subway at me. This is such bad service and MANAGEMENT need to address this Behaviour. Do not shop here as if they can get away with over charging you they will. But if you point it out to them they crack right up.

My go to on uber... Their cookies are JUUST under cooked making them soft and gooey, unlike others in the region that make them rocks.
