Checkers

I originally gave this place 5 stars because it was one of the best checkers I had been to in awhile but sadly it is now a two. Now this review is not referring to the daytime staff everyone is very friendly and makes sure everything is in your order and they actually try on the food soda is fresh and food is fresh now The night crew however has been a bad experience for me on at least 3 occasions. Most of the time the cashiers are rude and impatient do not get my order right tried double charging my card for an extra soda I never received and failed to give me things like my straw condiments wrong size etc. I really had high hopes for this place and I know these days it’s hard to get people to want to work in these types of professions and I’m more than grateful and maybe they need to be told or recognized for that. Last but most importantly and I hope this is temporary, I’m not sure who they’re using for their chicken Patty supply these days but the once juicy crispy chicken sandwiches I knew have been sliced in half, too thin and easily overcooked. My spicy chicken sandwich I had tonight literally almost cracked my tooth because there was no meat left in certain parts of the sandwich. I know you guys can turn this around just don’t wait until it’s too late.

The only good thing about our meal was the Coke and the Mozzarella sticks. They had messed up the featured burger as they did not make it right (used American cheese instead of Swiss cheese) and they did not have Parmesan dusted onion on the sandwich as well. If there were supply issues for this burger, they did not make us aware. Out half pound chicken bite box was mostly fries and it was under half a pound of chicken bites. Their mango drink, they did not make us aware that there were not mango chunks until after they handed us the drink. Overall, this time at checkers, our experience was not good at all. We understand if they are having supply shortage but they need to make consumers aware especially for featured meals

the cashier was extremely rude and impatient. on top of this, she clearly didn’t know her own job’s menu. ex: we ordered and asked for an apple pie (it’s a known item but even if they didn’t sell it anymore, they could of simply told me that) and she says “okay” and charges us for it. when we get to the window and are missing the apple pie, she proceeds to act like she didn’t know what i was talking about and said they didn’t have any apple pies extremely rudely. get some customer service skills, every checkers i have been to always have unprofessional staff and rude service, it’s gross and i won’t be returning to any establishment. overall, it’s not hard to be kind. i’ve worked in fast food for many years, it can be a hard job but do better.

I waited too long to give my order in drive thru. I waited too long for my order. I stopped in the parking area to eat. Apparent it was time for the shift to change. I got mean looks from employee coming in. I soon found out I was parked in someone else's spot when they arrived and parked behind me. So I politely moved.

On Friday 03/25/2022 I ordered a 10 piece lemon pepper wing which was raw! I called and the manager offered to replace it so I went back the next day and it happened again! This time cold in the middle. I left a google review with the picture and they keep taking it down and as a result of the raw wings I now have food poisoning!!
