Middle Fork Roasters

The quality of Middle Fork Roasters coffee inspired me to start roasting coffee of my own over a year ago. As I was getting started I made contact with a staff member at Middle Fork Roasters through a mutual friend because they have these Colombian beans I really like. They were happy to sell me some of these green beans for my own personal roasting. (I am actually enjoying a cup right now.) Since then I have started my own coffee roasting business so I can share my successes with the community. Middle Fork Roasters has been very supportive of me and they have helped me a lot during the initial phases of figuring out the coffee roasting business. Even though they are busy, they take time to respond to me when I reach out for services or advice. Currently, I contract them to print custom labels and put them on bags for my business. It is a quality product, professionally done. What I am trying to say is, not only do Middle Fork Roasters have a quality product, but the people at Middle Fork Roasters are of the highest quality as well. I give them my highest recommendation.

Fantastic local coffee roaster. The staff at Middle Fork Roasters are some of the kindest, friendliest people you could hope to meet. I got in touch to ask about getting some burlap sacks for my garden, and Macky was very accommodating in arranging pick-up. Claire met me at the door, and Michael loaded up my car. Less than 24 hours after my initial call, and all of my burlap dreams have come true! They’re not kidding around when they say they’re committed to their community. I’ll proudly support this business into the future and recommend them to everyone.

Great coffee -- I go for the Full City Espresso blend. Rich and strong, nicely balanced, not bitter or sour. Easy to find the right grind; now I pull perfect shot after perfect shot from my home machine. The people are super friendly and nice, even let me come in for a few minutes to check out one of their roasters and chat with a technician. Really glad I found this awesome outfit!
