Pineapple Bistro & Bar

I was hesitant about visiting due to mixed reviews, but it was convenient for our girls night. We just wanted some snacking food (turned out to be dinner) before going to a show. The service was amazing! The food was great. My sister and I shared the nachos, and my sister in law had a salad (I think). Either way, it was an awesome experience. The staff was friendly and fast as well as knowledgeable about the show we were going to see. He gave great information while giving nothing away. I would highly recommend!

Very poor service, worst I have ever received. Inappropriate loud conversation by group of staff. Food came before drinks. Food was inedible. Drinks were not much different. Spanish coffee served in a wine glass, martini style drinks served in a very small port glass- very high prices. Garbage being dragged through the restaurant next to patrons. Four employees sitting at table chatting while we waited 10 minutes for our check, after very clearly done with our drinks. Hotel was very quick to make this right. 5 star review for hotel!!

Waited 45 minutes after we ordered 2 drinks and a pizza. We got nothing. Not even our drinks but the people that showed up 20 minutes after us got their 2 pizzas and 5 drinks. We ended up leaving before anything showed up. I understand short staff. But it's like our waiter forgot to do his job because the bar tender was making drinks for everyone but us.

Decor was nice, service was terrible. Waited for someone, bartender or waitstaff to show up. Bad, cheap drinks at 14$ each, two items on the menu weren’t available or missing ingredients when served, and spent the entire time listening to staff laughing and talking loudly but not checking on the food or water glasses. Staff seemed very young, unprofessional and self absorbed. I’m surprised that what appears to be a high end hotel allows this quality of restaurant in their establishment.
