Starbucks

5 years later and they are still hitting it out of the ballpark. Below is my review from two years ago. The current staff at this Starbucks are phenomenal. They are efficient, professional, friendly, remember who you are and make this location just amazing. They keep the location in great shape and are always sweet and kind and helpful. They use your name and are just the best! 3 star review from 2017 This is close to my home so I frequent it often. The service is VERY hit or miss. I always mobile order and run in because I usually have a toddler sleeping in the car. I got attitude from a young male barrister for asking for my mobile order that was placed 10 mins before (ready in 4-8) because a crowd had just walked in. He made their drinks before mine.

Who writes a review for Starbucks? Well, I just have to because the way they treat you here is like gold! Where do I start? First off, I don't know how they keep this location with the amount of traffic they get in the morning so impeccably clean. I appreciate that the trash area and where they place the napkins, sugar and all the stir sticks and whatnot always stocked and clear. So very impressive! If you get lucky enough to grace the presence of the elderly woman that works here literally she warms my heart at every single visit and treats every customer whether it's the high schoolers up the street at King's or Shorewood or the retired crowd and everybody else in between with so much care and attention. It's marvelous to see especially in these times. I need to call Starbucks and tell them about her so they can give her some kind of reward, gold stars, recognize her in some fashion or something. This is the only SBUX that can make the drinks with coconut milk taste so creamy and frothy just the way I like it.

It’s a Starbucks: same food, same coffee, same everything… except staff. The staff at the Richmond Beach Starbucks is phenomenal. I usually go to the AV drive through on week days on my way to work. I ended up swinging by on a Saturday, with dogs in tow. Staff was super kind and attentive. They saw my dogs and gave them pupachinos. Now that first experience was nice and all but it was my NEXT visit that really shocked me. Mind you… I went there ONCE and over a week prior. When I walked in, the staff remembered me, MY NAME, and even my dogs’ names! Seems like something small but it’s huge in my book. The amount of customers that flow through that location is daunting but everyone there seem to take it all in stride and have a blast doing it. I come here almost every morning now! Thank you!
