I recently went to the CapHill IHOP and was disappointed with my overall experience. With that in mind, I didn’t think this IHOP would be much better but I was craving some breakfast foods so I gave it a shot. I mean, can’t ask for more from this place. Super friendly staff, quick service, delicious and well put-together food and super clean interior/bathroom. Felt like I was at a local small-town diner rather than a IHOP. Great experience and I’ll be coming here from now on!

My friends and I stopped by this IHOP for breakfast, and we got exceptional food and great customer service from the beginning to the end of our visit. We hope that we will be able to return again soon. We all believe that the services and food were the best IHOP experiences that we had anywhere.

Clean, fast, attentive service. My wife loves coming here and is all about breakfast. Window seats can keep you entertained watching the day walkers pull their tricks.

Decent IHOP location, with good food. I commend the restaurant manager for taking such good care of the restaurant. He's on top of every little detail! Service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean.

Overall it was a good experience. I wosh prices weren't going up everywhere but at least here it hasn't gone up too much. Good food and good service. Staff was nice and fast with our orders.

We ordered off the 55+ menu for breakfast. It was okay...typical breakfast food for I-Hop, but I would have given 5-stars for the food if it had been hot when served. I know they are short staffed, but $40 breakfast and it's cold...come on now!

Food was great! Server was very nice and on top of it. Unfortunately even though the restaurant was not full, we got placed in the back by the waitstaff station and the door for employees only. On top of that we got stuck next to a person who was too busy talking to their friend in Speaker phone to pay any attention to her 2 kids. Those kids were throwing food everywhere. I assume that they ONLY did that to get their guardians attention. I felt really bad for those kids.

I love going here to eat with my Bestiez any time however my favorite time is going for breakfast when they 1st open in the morning there is just 1 other person and we get the same booth each time . We get the same server and he is absolutely wonderful... I will add photos later... Anyone who loves biscuits and gravey should definitely go soon before there gone again. Ive been to alot of IHOP's but this 1 is by far my favorite....

I like their new breakfast menu! I'm whole food plant based and my husband is not, so I didn't enjoy IHOP, but avocado toast and bowl of fruit worked out very nicely for me and our waitress was extremely attentive. Ir would have been nicer without a screaming baby, but what can you do.
