Fantastic service! Two employees (I think their names were Jiross and Taylor?) were so welcoming and informative. Taylor went above and beyond, remembering me from last time and reminding me that I signed up for a $10 off coupon. Really great drinks too!

Have always thought this store should be on the ground level. Like that they remodeled and added a cafe. The tea here is really good, though can be expensive!
