The coffee (macchiato) was well made. Too bad there wasn't a large enough selection of pastries. The worker at the place was alone and worked well.

This is both a review of this shop and a message to the powers that be: The barista working this morning (6/19/23) was phenomenal! She flawlessly handled a rush on her own and went out of her way to connect with every customer. I have been a barista in the past, and I was prepared to wait when I saw how busy this location was, but she got me in and out very quickly! This employee is a star and I'll be coming back regularly to this location because of her outstanding service! Now, for the coffee: I got a vanilla blended coffee, and it's incredible! Delicious and smooth, sweet but not overly so. Their large is priced appropriately and a decent size. I definitely recommend trying this location if you are looking for a coffee fix near the convention center or paramount theater. If you are disabled or with a stroller: Their main entrance is stairs only. I did see a second door that opens out near the alleyway and one of Tower 801's entrances, but I am unsure if that entrance is accessible.

Best turmeric latte I've ever had. It's hard to find a good one - they're either too bland or too spicy. Caffe Ladro's is perfect - great balance of sweetness and spice, maybe a little ginger and cayenne blended with the turmeric. Just delicious! Friendly service too, even during a big rush near closing time.
