It's a great bakery for vegan, gluten free baked goods. The cake is unbelievable and filled with thick, creamy frosting. It is really the best sliced cake I've had, and I suggest going early as it runs out. The other items are also good, but sometimes they do have a baking soda taste that vegan items can have. However, if you're looking for vegan and gluten free food that tastes good, this is a great local place to check out!

The lasagna is my favourite dish. And their pizza, and mac and cheese are very good.

I wouldn't normally visit a gluten free bakery, but a nearby desert shop only accepted cash (I didn't have any), so I wound up here to soothe my sweet tooth. They have several options which looked pretty good, but I ordered a Chocolate Chip Cookie (3/5), Peanut Butter Cookie (3/5), and Pecan Sticky Bun (2/5). I would rate them higher based on the fact they're gluten free, but from a general sweets standpoint they were average. The Pecan Sticky Bun was a bit thick and not very sweet so it was my least favorite overall. The staff was attentive and friendly so this was a big plus. Additionally, the ambience is very nice with local art for sale. The bathroom was a little underwhelming, but "industrial". Overall, it's not my favorite, but if you or your friends are gluten free this is a great option.

I love the mission of this cafe. I love that there is a space for plant based + gluten free people. The option for compostable single use products alongside traditional silverware is really amazing. I had the savory pie and it was sooooo good. The space is comfortable and it feels like a real community. I love that. The Flying Apron is really wonderful

Flying Apron is a great spot for coffee, baked goods, amazing soup, and more! The staff is very warm and friendly. I didn’t even realize they were a vegan establishment the first time I went until I arrived and was pleasantly surprised. The selection is always very good, and they always seem to have delicious samples (yes please!). On top of their awesome staff, food, and beverages they have an awesome space in a great location. I definitely think they’re worth a visit. Trust me, you’ll enjoy it too!

Excellent vegan and gluten free options. I'm not a vegan myself but the baked goods have a certain "je ne sais quoi" that will have me coming back. The earthy down tones are in good balance with the deep sweet flavors which is not commonly found with vegan options. Also provides cute seating for families, friends and casual dates. My favorite is their chocolate chip cookies!

People did not believe this beautiful Chocolate Ganache cake was gluten free and vegan. Taste, texture, and density was amazing. And it was huge! Thank you!!

Such a cute and cozy cafe! I have so many allergies (gluten and dairy being the worst). So being able to go somewhere and get lasagna and cinnamon rolls that taste amazing, without the allergies. Its amazing. A little pricy, but worth the experience.

I found this place as a tourist on accident after walking around the statue of Lenin. This place was so good and I wish I had something like this at home. If you’re feeling like something sweet then you must go. I am still longing for some of their chocolate cream pie that they had. Overall a quiet little place that serves some very tasty treats that will kill any sweet tooth you may be carrying.

Unbelievable. Everything is vegan AND GF!!! Taste and texture are superb. The chai was great, too (served unsweetened so you can add as much sugar as you like). We had the cinnamon roll, coffee cake, and some broccoli crunch salad. Amazingly good.
