This place is amazing! Their chef deserves 5 stars. The food was super delicious. To start we had an in house made cinnamon role. Different, but exceptionally good and buttery. Not overly sweet like some others I've had. I ordered the Issaquah breakfast strata. It was different but very good, filled with cheese, bacon, spinach, and who knows what else. I loved the hollandaise sauce. It had a perfect texture and the flavor was just right. My son ordered the eggs benedict with crab meat. I sampled his food. I loved that they used their own bread instead of the usual english muffin. Again, outstanding! My husband ordered the south of the border omelette. It too was delicious. I will definitely be returning to this location for breakfast tomorrow to try other delights. Maybe the swedish pancakes? The service was outstanding, lots of coffee, kind servers with a great attitude. Best of all the prices were reasonable and more than fair.

Walking into Pete’s Eggnest immediately triggers sensory memories of thousands of great breakfast experiences. It’s a small one room restaurant offering both table and counter service. Top 100 music from the early 2000’s plays over an old stereo in the corner over the laughter and chatter of a very full dining room. The first thing I notice is how clean everything is. Everything in the space is newer and being well maintained. I knew I was in for a fantastic meal because the space is being maintained by people who genuinely care about the dining experience- a truly rare and special thing these days. The menu has an interesting assortment of Mediterranean, Mexican and American breakfast options. I opted for the Capicola Benedict from the Todays Specials Menu. Capicola, spinach, tomatoes, avocado and two poached eggs topped with feta and hollandaise. Wowza. Everything was absolutely delicious and my waitress, Basilia treated me like a relative in for a long overdue visit. I absolutely cannot give this place enough stars and will definitely find my way back here soon.

We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in. The place was a bit full, but they still got to us in a timely and very friendly manner! It seemed there was just a server and the manager working. They were doing a great job, refilled my coffee without me even asking and the food came out so quick! I got the lemon ricotta pancakes, which i get every time i come because its so delicious, and the presentation is great too! I love this place, for sure one of my fave breakfast spots.

This was my first time at Pete's Egg Nest. I tried the chilaquiles, and I loved them! The dish was made with fresh ingredients and was cooked to perfection. The portions were not too large, so I didn't feel stuffed afterwards. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was casual and relaxed. I would definitely recommend Pete's Egg Nest to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable breakfast.

We ate here before taking our kiddo to the zoo. It was easy access and had good reviews. The food was so delicious, the staff was amazing, and it was clean. We couldn’t have asked to have had a better breakfast experience while visiting. 10/10 recommend!

The remodeled Pete’s Eggnest is a real treasure! While we’ve always enjoyed their super great breakfasts of yummy thick bacon, sausages and eggs (or pancakes), it’s original ‘Greek island’ decor was not very enticing. So we were pleasantly surprised during a recent visit to discover they had done beautiful remodel with lots of cute lighting, a rooster theme and a new table configuration which gives guests more privacy. Their menu options are identical to the original menu, except they have added new options, such as an avocado toast, which i must report was excellent. The service continues to be excellent AND I love that they have added TAKEOUT as an option. Bravo to the new owners for doing such a beautiful remodel, while keeping the good things the same. The only thing that would make this place better, is a better brand of coffee. Highly recommend!
