The food was excellent, the portions were just the right size, not too small to leave you wanting but not large enough to leave you full after the second course. The chef was exceptionally attentive to dietary restrictions and was able to create an fantastic experience even if they were working with limited access to ingredients. The staff was very welcoming and attentive without being overwhelming. Overall a fabulous place to celebrate a birthday dinner with the family.

The dessert served before the meal is my favorite! The fish entree and the cheese dessert taste good! Service is great!

Wonderful! The food was fantastic and the service and hospitality were excellent. Attentive, friendly, timely, and unobtrusive. The space was comfortable and highly conducive to conversation and enjoyment of the meal. Presentation was on point. Loved the tableware! The menu varies, so not sure about the usefulness of calling out specific items, but if the Pan Roasted Chicken Roulade "Cordon Bleu" and Blue Cheese Brulee are on offer, do NOT pass them up! We chose the optional wine pairing, and all were excellent, although at times they felt like they overwhelmed the food a bit (full disclaimer: I am NO "sophisticate", lol!). This in no way detracted from our enjoyment, btw, and the Sommelier did a great job describing and educating us on the offerings so it was a definite plus all around. As for pricing, I would say it is quite reasonable for the value received, however it's not an inexpensive evening. That said, if you're looking for an above average fine dining experience in Seattle, you will not be disappointed by Copine!

My first impression was rather positive, since I requested a table of my choosing and the waitress kindly obliged. To begin with, the finger food and consommé really set the tone for the entirety of the evening... the consommé was truly divine. Next was the house made bread and butter which were equally delicious. However, the mains were above average and not really the best in my opinion. The Halibut and Scotch egg were good, but not impressionable. The Hamachi crudo however was really good. Amazing flavours on the fish, mushrooms and the sauce combined gave it a refined taste. I'd say this was the best of the evening!! The dessert was amazing too though I don't really enjoy the acrid sourness of apples which affected the overall flavour profile. Also, I reduced the stars for service because of my pet peeve with restaurant workers - 5 courses and I was asked 5 times, each time while I was chewing, how the food was. I don't know who on earth thought bothering diners repetitively, while they are trying to enjoy the food, was a good idea. I mean this is not the only restaurant doing it, but it really got me this time. Whoever sets the curriculum for hotel management or whatever needs to know the difference between offering comfort vs being tactless. Like, do you really think diners would give you an honest answer and create an awkward moment, like come on... We all know most of the workers are just tired and have to force a smile most of the time. Give them a break too! Coming back to the food, I see a lot of comparisons with michelin starred restaurants in the reviews which actually prompted me to visit Copine, but I think though it has potential, it's just not really there yet...

I attended a wine dinner. The food was wonderful, the plating gorgeous. For the actual pairings, I thought two were great with the food and wine complementing each other well, two were lackluster with the food doing nothing for the wine. The last pairing would be unfair for me to judge since I just don’t like desert wines. I was offered a chance to revisit a previous I had liked, which was great! Thank you Copine.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. Our server Kim did an excellent job and answered any questions we had throughout the evening. The food was phenomenal! You can tell that the chefs go above and beyond to ensure that the flavors of each course exceed expectation. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our experience at Copine!

Great dinner with all the dishes executed very well. Dinner doesn't come with a drink pairing. We selected a nice bottle of wine.

This place lives up to the hype. If you are ok with the high prices tag, it's a winner! I found most of the presentation here to be unique, which, combined with taste made it worth it for me. We also left full which can be hard to do with some pre-fixed menus.

Excellent experience at Copine. This is my favorite tasting menu in Seattle so far. The service was on point as well. Everyone was friendly and professional. Good mix of foodie but not overly pretentious vibe. Would highly recommend and would return. The highlight for me was the scallops. They were perfectly cooked.
