A fantastic experience. DELICIOUS! A tad on the pricey side, especially for the wine and alcohol (beer was priced normal). Preparation of food was incredible. Server was very kind and helpful. They forgot to put "sauces on the side" as requested but it wasn't a huge deal. Overall, I give this restaurant 5-stars. The quality of the ingredients was as about as fresh as walking out to my garden, picking something, then cooking it. Delicious and healthy! We can't wait to visit Tilth again.

The food was delicious. All organic! Service was excellent and so accommodating of my lactose issue. It was nice not to feel like the high maintenance person for not eating dairy. Beautiful atmosphere too! If you want healthy food give Tilth a try. It's worth the price. I had the pork cheek. It was perfect.

The service was amazing! Our server was helpful and attentive but also unobtrusive. The decor was a nice mix of quaint and modern, although both the art and music struck me as odd. The cocktails were quite good as was the protein. The salads seemed to favor organic ingredients over delicious ones and didn't seem to be properly seasoned.

Nice servers, fast service, beautiful indoor and outdoor dining options. Salmon was on point, as well as the heirloom tomato salad!

Celebrated Mother's Day at Maria's place. She is a marbelous chef. Our meals were so marvelous with incredible blending of unique flavors. A very memorable selection of entrees. Loved it! Pictured is luscious roast port tenderloin wth peas, asparagus and huckleberries.

Food was good, although pricey for what you got. The service also felt a bit slow when we first arrived despite only 2-3 other tables being occupied.

Dinner was excellent, with a variety of interesting options for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. A nice selection of wine rounded things out. In addition to the food being wonderful, the service was also excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable staff were always available when needed and wandering in the background the rest of the time. The space was intimate, well lit (I was there in the evening) and had the feel of a lovely home with a personal chef for the evening.

Service was great; our server was attentive and well informed. We tried a good portion of the menu, and she did a great job of coursing it out for us. They have a small and large option for most everything, so it's great for sharing! Everything was delicious and interesting. The gnocchi were heaven! Cocktails were delicious. Everything *is* a bit on the pricey side, but fabulous quality and wonderful atmosphere! We will definitely visit again!

This was a wonderful evening with my mother. We got there early, it was quiet, the staff was considerate and informative. (My mother forgot her reading glasses in the car, and they even helped her out with a loaner pair!! Holy mackerel..) And the food was far better than I expected (other well rated seattle restaurants left a bad taste), perfectly done in all respects. Great drinks too!
