Just discovered Bakery Nouveau and it has quickly become a family favorite. Even my pickiest eater loves it and stole half my bagel sandwich and half of his dad’s ham and cheese croissant. Watch out and buy 2 of everything!

One of our first stops when coming home to visit. Everything is fresh and delicious! Get there right when they open. Otherwise, there is usually a long line. The junction croissant and ham and cheese croissant are savory perfection. The twice baked almond croissant is phenomenal. You will not be disappointed!

So glad to try Bakery Nouveau. Coming here you can experience high quality pastries, croissants, sandwiches, and quiches. The quaint atmosphere is filled with laughter and love. Although there is always a line, it moves fast and everyone is excited about their breakfast.

Best pastries ever! Even better that some pastries I tried in Paris, every single thing I have tried from this place has been a total delight. Junction Croissant for breakfast is my total favorite, incomparable flavor 🤤 cannot recommend it enough.

Honestly I only tried one thing but I wish I tried more. I got the ratatouille sandwich and it was Amazing!!! Get it warmed up and eat it right away. It was so satisfying and delicious.
My friends got a bunch of different croissants and they also said it’s good. It’s definitely worth a visit.

Just like FRENCH POETRY! Every bite is a delight and the crunch from their pastries! This gem is located in The Junction Area on California Ave. It was so hard to get the pictures as I just wanted to dig in right away. We got Breakfast sandwich the Junction croissant, pizza : Pancetta & Mushroom, Croissants : Chocolate & Regular & Chocolate Chip cookie. Everything was perfect and just go get it, specially on a Sunday morning break your fast with their delicious Coffee & Pastries. Also they have loaf of breads cookies and coffees in display for later! Merci Beaucoup ❤️

Was told this was the best bakery in West Seattle and it didn’t disappoint. Had a wonderful time ordering a bunch of stuff, including the twice-baked croissants. They were delicious as were the kugelhopfs. I got an extra set to give away in Phoenix the next morning and they were a huge hit! I’ll be back. Wow.
