Galliano's Cucina

I love Gallianos but I have to say this was not a good experience. Usually the sauce is thick and coats the pasta well. Today our pasta had very watery sauce. We called in to notify them but they explained that the chef changed it to add more sauce because people complained it was too dry. This isn't more suace this is more water... The pasta was very tasteless because all the flavor of the sauce was diluted by the water and it became soupy. This is a picture of the watery sauce pouring out of my plate... The pasta was also stuck together, so I feel the chef did it in a rush. This shouldn't have left the kitchen... Please bring the old recipe back... This is really a waste of money for me, we couldn't bring it back because we didn't have time... Anyways, usually this is a good place, I just don't understand what happened today... Was not satisfied with this. My husband also noticed it was all spilled into the bottom of our bag.

Galliano's Cucina needs to decide if they want to do catering and take-out or if they want to be a restaurant. If they want to do all three things they need to hire more staff. We made a special trip to eat dinner there. My husband and I both ordered a glass of wine. The young girl waiting on us said she was not allowed to pour and serve wine. She gave the liquor order to the lady doing the cooking. We ordered an appetizer and dinner. When our waitress brought the appetizer she told me they were out of the item I ordered. I placed a different order...still no wine. We finished the appetizer and she brought our dinner...still no wine. My husband went and stood at the counter for almost 20 minutes before the lady in the back finally came out and poured the wine. I realize she was very busy cooking because the phone never stopped ringing for take-out orders however that is no excuse. Either take alcoholic beverages off the menu or hire people old enough to serve them. The food was very good but the aggravation is not worth driving the extra distance for us.

I go here about 3 times a week to pick up food for my mom. The staff are all very kind and helpful. I can say I've never had a bad experience or bad food here either. We usually get Chicken Alfredo and their delicious Cheesy Bread appetizer. I've also had a meatball sub here before which was fantastic as well.

I really enjoyed everything the service. The salad garlic bread and pizza!! The only problem I had was with the amount of sauce on the ravioli I got. It was like getting wanton soup. Every one of the ravioli was fully submerged in sauce so I had to fish for them to eat them. If there was less sauce it would be a five star place to me.

Had dinner here for the first time, and loved it. Beautiful flowers outside, and nice casual atmosphere inside. Friendly, family staff. Ordered a pizza with side salad. The salad was more and tastier than I had expected. And the Blanco pizza was delicious! I would go there again, if I lived in town!
