Subway

This subway is so bad!!!!! They tried to put just 4 slices of ham on my 6 inch had to ask her to put more ham and more of everything she just wanted to put small amounts! We will never come back to this subway the service is bad and they get upset if you ask them to put more that a few pieces of lettuce actually anything you get on the sandwich! Next time we will go to the other one in town

Person in Chg, only one working with her kids on the serving line, she wearing ear buds talking to someone, had to repeat what I wanted 2 times and she is not paying attention. Sandwich was good, she was working one customer at a time, 3 people walked out while I was there. Store not clean, you have no receipt tape so how do I get my money back on expenses. Pitiful is all I can say!!

I bought two subs today at the Subway inside Scottsboro Walmart. I asked for extra pickle & onion on a 12inch sub & barely got any. I asked for bell peppers on the other one & the amount was so small you couldn’t even taste them. She acted like giving me veggies was gonna clean her out! I like a sub with lots of lettuce, pickles, onions & banana peppers. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I mainly just taste the bread. I mean load my sandwich up with everyone I ask for with lots of it & charge me extra!!

The server was wearing earbuds the entire time and barely understood my English when she could hear me. She put my oven-roasted chicken in the microwave for a toasted sub. They are extremely stingy on vegetables. All the cookies looked burnt. And they declined my subway rewards card. How do you decline a rewards card for that restaurant??
