This place is busy! Heavy traffic flow. Surprised how they only have a couple of workers at a time. But these workers work hard! Regina is very friendly and warming. A major asset to this Dunkin Donuts. More places need a Regina working there! Very friendly and the place is very clean!

Absolutely horrible customer service, constantly told items that are on the menu "have been discontinued" . Some workers are polite but it's few and far in-between. Orders are hardly ever correct. Only one by me so I don't really have other places to go.

Crazy amount of hair in 1 bacon sandwich today. Called to let them know for future customers, and was dismissed. Didn't want or ask for refund

This is the 2nd time I've ordered Dunkin from here in the last 2 weeks and again my drink was made wrong why have on the app oat milk as an option if you can't provide it. And I'm missing an entire box of munchkins honestly there's a Starbucks in target 3 minutes down the road your better off just going there at least they'll get your order correctly

Ordered egg and cheese croissant and they make it with bacon. when questioned they say dont make us feel bad, if you want we will make a sandwich or else leave. I have this problem every other day. either they miss an item in the order or make it wrong. VERY RUDE RUDE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Owner is a shady character. I placed 2 reviews critical of him for closing when the sun was shining and in response he canceled my month to month membership and threatened to sue me!!!! As a USMC Veteran that protected our liberty and right to free speech I am disgusted!

This place is nice enough and the employees are helpful, but there's a clear difference between this location and others in the area. Recently my orders are always wrong in some way, and even more recently, I tried to ask as politely as possible for a drink to be remade, and the employee was helpful, but the drink was exactly the same, and I also got a different donut than ordered 😅 I appreciate the service of course but whenever I go in no one seems to be the least bit happy, so I wonder if somethings going on. Anyway I might have to go to a different location for a while 😅

Typically I have no complaints about Dunkin but this location I've been to 3 times now, all 3 times they have been out of my top 5 donuts entirely, this time after 5 trys, get munchkins and they don't have 10 of any single kind. I mean it's in the name of the company Donuts!!! SMH
