This Burger King is a lot better than the one on Altamont Ave.. I'll actually drive across town to this one, because we've never gotten sick eating here. The other one..... every time we give in, and order from them- we get sick. The Erie Blvd location also has pretty fresh food. Never been served cold fries, or soggy burgers either. Don't judge....sometimes you gotta have a Whopper!

The food is okay. (Typically as all BK) Customer service is not the best. Employees doesn't understand how to process orders when customer uses the BK Apps. Often times they tend to argues a lot. BK needs to focus more on training it's Employees.

6/11/21 sat in drivethru 30 minutes. Sandwich ok, very slow.
3/21 Ordered two BK FISH. Was told to be carful, there’re hot, they were hot!!! Put together relatively good also. Drive-through people were very pleasant and fast. It’s an older store and the parking lot shows it’s age, but everything is clean.

I usually have no problem here at Erie Blvd. Been ordering and coming here for years but today y’all really have to get it together. Got the 2 for 5. 2 Whoppers with cheese, no pickles and I got 1 whopper made correctly and the other with no cheese but had pickles. Come on now, I know y’all can do better.

Tried to order a chicken sandwich (Club, not Chik'n) in the drive thru. The girl lists every other sandwich on the menu and then simply states "I'm done." Ok, except I've worked in a Carroll's drive thru and I know those speakers aren't that bad. If you don't want to work, don't apply for the job

I love close and they have not screwed up my order yet.
They are on point with orders and fairly clean for where located!

This location is above average. Fresh design and clean overall. The legend has it that Edison has started Edison Machine Works/General Electric at this very spot.
