The experience in the store was not horrible, not welcoming but also not horrible the food on the other hand was less than to say the least. When I got home and handed out food out to my family I could instantly see the food was crushed. It looks as if someone squeezed our burgers in their fist before putting it into the bag. Next our fries were ice cold and not even one kind they were 2 different types of fries. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning to this location.

Let's be honest here, your French fries are not 100% peanut oil as advertised, you are missing the magic ingredient to your oil "dimethylpolysiloxane" the synthetic anti-foaming agent that takes about 100 years to break down and will probably be in our bodies for the rest of our lives.
Also used as an industrial lubricant and not to mention shampoos and other products.

The service was outstanding. The manager on duty was extremely pleasant and you could tell he both gave and received respect from the entire staff. And of course the burgers and fries were delicious.

Went to five guys and placed our order. Had to wait quite a while for food to be ready. The manager did the right things and gave the few people who were waiting over 20 mins gift cards. I get it, things happen, thanks for making it right 👍

Knocking off a one star because when I eat inside the establishment, the tables are dirty. But then again the staff is great, food is good as always. Their burgers make my day when I’m having a bad one.

Not one of my favorite fat food stores. Are here because it was open and it was getting late. Burger was overcooked and very dry and fries were greasy. Just my opinion. I will say the employees were friendly.

This is truly a horrible Five Guys. The food was improperly cooked. Ordered the cheeseburger and only got one slice of cheese; half of my requested condiments weren't on there and the burgers were so overdone they were crispy like a chip. The fries were overcooked. It took over 30 mins to receive my order after ordering it. Basically disgusting food. I ended up throwing it away. I submitted a survey. I also submitted a concern request through the Five Guys website and haven't heard back. I guess they don't care about customers. Just go to Wendy's up the street, it's much better.

As others have stated, from my past experience, curbside pickup here is a joke. During my last visit a few weeks ago, I placed an in store order. While waiting for it, I observed at least half a dozen employees (most of them working on the food prep line) wearing their masks under their noses which totally defeats the whole purpose of the masks! Their improper use of masks made me wonder about their ability to follow other safe food handling practices…
