Hardee's

Pretty good. It was less busy than expected, was a pretty clean place, bathrooms were (mostly) clean, service was great and quick. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone travelling on a trip/vacation, as a good place to stop by and eat. It was nice and cool, not cold enough to be uncomfortable though. There were two or three issues, #1 being that no napkins were given to us when we got our order (had to ask separately, although they were kind and gave us napkins without issue. That kind of makes up for it). #2 would be that some guy was throwing bricks outside or something, not sure if that has anything to do with the restaurant. #3 would be that the tables were slightly dirty (a few crumbs of food, easily wiped off) along with the seats. Other than that, everything was just fine 👍 One quick recommendation would be to see if you could get that hand dryer in the men's restroom, fixed. I had a great experience was heading back to NY and rather hungry. I truly enjoy Hardee's the burgers are just wow and the fries are very good. Also got some chicken tenders that are some of the best I've had. NY large drink and I was in my way. The young lady at the dive thru was very pleasant. It's a shame the only Hardee's in NY I knew about closed last year but it's a must stop whenever I go to Florida or south.. highly recommend

Guy at the drive-thru was rude when handing my card back to my wife shoved the card in her hand. Didn't hand us the food or drinks. Pure confusion when somebody else tried to give us our food. Girl was sweet that did hand us the food. The guy comes back to the window and doesn't hand us our drinks and walks away. We had to call the girl to give us our drinks. My Frisco bun was not toasted... The girl at the drive-thru was sweet... The girl who corrected my order was sweet..

The staff were SO kind at this Hardees. I was impressed that I ordered my kids meal with no bread and the manager asked if I wanted it in a lettuce wrap. I had no idea they would do this. My burger came to me NEATLY tucked into a piece of lettuce with the pickles, ketchup, mustard also on it. This was above my expectation for a fast food facility. My husband got the chicken tenders which were hot and good, our fries were great. The honey mustard sauces I had asked for initially were leaking, but the staff were apologetic and got us some new ones. The only reason for a four star is the bathroom was dirty and there was some cups and food on the floor in the kitchen area, and likely they are just understaffed in that area for keeping things cleaned. Really was impressed by the polite staff. My receipt says Jonathan G is the employee who took my order, but it was a young girl in her 20s who actually took our order and she was so kind.

Upon recommendation from a friend, i visited Hardee’s for breakfast. i tried the Biscuits and Gravy, and a sausage biscuit I didn’t expect them to be all that different from normal biscuits, though they were pretty good. Their staff were friendly, and they got my food out quick. I’ll return once again soon
