Mcdonald's

Very rude employees, walked up to the window at 920pm and they said they would not serve us because they said they closed at 9pm. However, a gentleman ordered right before us was able to get his food. The hours clearly say they close at 11pm. When we asked to see a memo or something stating their new hours they failed to show us. Instead they shut the window on our face and stood in the kitchen on their phones for the next 15 mins. Avoid at all costs.. and maybe hire some people who grew up being taught basic manners.

They closed over an hour and a half early with no sign up to explain. The app did 10 and it was 8:30. They ignored us knocking on their pick up window. I was ordering through the app and almost paid before realizing. Then I walk back by 40 min later and the employees are smoking out back. If you are closed why are you there still.... meanwhile people keep stopping because they close early and it is not their hours.

Ok well I’d be happy to never come back ever again. The employees were definitely not happy to be there and it showed. The lady who took our order took forever and seemed grumpy, but that is typical for Mc Donald’s. The ice cream machine was(no surprise) broken. The restaurant was cleanish, but not really. They missed a chocolate milk on our order, and when I asked for it they told me they were out and their only options to replace it were plain milk and apple juice, both things that I never would choose if there were any other options. The food was as to be expected at Mc Donald’s. Greasy, ok/fine and cheap. Definitely not quality food. Also they charge 50 cents for a small water which is fine, but they add up. Chick-fil-A is definitely way better but it is more expensive. Plus their ice cream machine is always working! I don’t live in savannah Georgia so I don’t see myself ever having to visit this location again.
