Kfc

I'm changing from 5 stars to two stars because of the addition of the self service kiosk. There is no one available to help with a modified order or if you need a spork etc. It's not the employees fault. The few employees are working hard. There just aren't enough. I shouldn't have to wait 5 people deep and 5+ minutes just for a spork. The owners made a poor decision to cut labor costs by adding kiosks. It doesn't work. I won't be visiting my past 2x a week anymore.

I live very close to this KFC so I get lunches and dinners here a lot. The food is always good and the service is pretty quick. My biggest props for this KFC is that the staff are so professional and kind. They are very nice when taking your orders in the drive-thru and inside the store. This is my favorite KFC in Chatham County for sure.

The store isn't busy and has plenty of employees hanging around. It took them a minute to figure out I was standing at the counter. The food came out quickly but when I opened the bag the food had literally been thrown in. The box of nuggets were on their side and open, the cold fries were on their side and half dumped out, the biscuit was only half wrapped. I requested butter for my biscuit and was told they don't provide butter. While I ate my lunch in a dirty booth because the dining room had not been cleaned in awhile, (food in floor, all tables dirty) I watched employees standing in huddles just talking. Definitely not worth stopping at this location again.

Very friendly service. The young women were future university students seeking opportunities and income to finance their dreams. Food was warm and served in good time. I have visited several times and each time utensils or water glasses have been sent back bc they were not acceptable! Ask for paper cups , hot water and plastic wear.

We went for lunch today, and it was a great experience all around. The cashier Darrionntae was very friendly, and from we could hear was the same with way with everyone who came in. That seems to be a rare experience lately The food was hot, fresh and good! The location has been remodeled and was very clean.
